We Build and Live
Our Values
Kensington Corner is our living lab and home. It’s a place where we test what it looks like to turn values into real-world decisions. It’s a small-scale, mixed-use, all-electric development that brings living, working, and community together.
Kensington Corner only happened because of a great team and a supportive community.
Hindle Architects designed the project, Plaid Shirt Projects brought it to life as the builder, and the mural was created by daniel j kirk.
The project was recognized with a Mayor’s Urban Design Award for Housing Innovation in 2024.
