The Strategy Sprint
The clarity your team needs. In three days, not six months.
The Problem
Most organizations facing complex challenges don't lack smart people. They lack the focus and structure to think together well. Strategy processes drag on for months, produce thick documents that go unread, and leave teams no more aligned than when they started. There's a better way.
Meet the Strategy Sprint
An intensive three-day facilitated experience designed to produce the kind of clarity and direction that typically takes three to six months to reach. The Strategy Sprint creates a focused container for your team's best collective thinking - and ends with a concrete, actionable road map you can begin implementing immediately.
How It Works
Pre-Sprint: A focused 90-minute session with the IF team to surface the key elements of your challenge, align on what success looks like, and ensure day one starts with shared context rather than catching up.
Day 1 (The Desired Future): A facilitated exploration to develop a shared vision and set of goals, and identify the key measures of success. This is your North Star — the fixed point everything else is built toward.
Day 2 (The Action Path): Generate and prioritize the actions that will move your organization from where it is toward where it wants to be. Roles, accountabilities, and ownership are established in the room, not assigned afterward.
Day 3 (The Road Map): Establish sequencing and timelines. Confirm direction as a team. Leave with momentum, a clear path forward, and a Post-Sprint Report delivered within two weeks.
Who Is This For?
Organizations facing a complex challenge that has been difficult to address through normal planning processes: too many voices, too many directions, not enough time to think.
Ideal for leadership teams of 6 to 15 people in nonprofits, public sector bodies, associations, or purpose-driven businesses facing a strategic inflection point.
What You Receive
Pre-Sprint Briefing: A focused 90-minute session with the IF team before day one to surface the key elements of your challenge and ensure the Sprint is set up to address what matters most.
Three Guided Days: A purposefully designed experience that moves your leadership team from complexity to clarity. Each day builds on the last: your desired future, your action path, your road map.
A Shared Direction: Decisions made together in the room: a vision your team built, priorities your team owns, and accountabilities your team agreed to. Not handed down — worked out.
Post-Sprint Report: A complete record of everything produced across the three days, delivered within two weeks. Decisions, priorities, actions, roles, and timelines, formatted and ready to share with your board, your staff, or your funders.
